The real impact of gas prices

In Kokomo, Ind., last week, Kathy Spier said the rising cost of gas is to blame for the 50 percent drop-off in sales at her three exotic lingerie stores. “They don’t have extra money to spend on frivolous things,” she said.

    Right on. I’m getting tired of seeing the same old exotic lingerie on my ladies.

    I hope she doesn’t sell exotic lingerie made from Australian rice, or she’ll be in for another rude awakening next time she has to restock…
